Although I had a radio and TV class in high school where I helped produce  daily  shows broadcast to the classrooms (3 B&W tube cameras with crash-non-sync switching.), it wasnt until I got involved with
Norwescon
, a local NW Science Fiction/Fantasy Convention, that I really began to do video production.
It started by me doing simple single camera taping of the costume contests known as The Masquerade.   Then  connecting to the hotel's Cable TV system to show the Masquerade live to all the hotel  rooms, then it grew to doing multi-camera coverage of same with tapes availble to whoever wanted them after the show.
Since then, I've flown to Ireland to interview Anne McCaffrey at her house in Dragonhold, I've done  Award Banquets for a Martial Art School, Jungyae Moosul and Mystery Conventions like Bouchercon.  My house was the location for two fan produced versions of the hit SCIFI Parody
MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATRE
. We made one for Star Trek V and one for Highlander  II. I made a short animation for the famous hatch opening sequence used in the Highlander one.
And then there is The BABY HED SHOW.  A strange pupet show that started out as intro segments for video programing at a Science Fiction convention, The BABY HED SHOW has been discribed as " Offensive to People", "Not PC", and "What were they thinking." Banned from being broadcast through the Hotel's CCTV system, it has achieved a certain level of noterity.  I'll try to make some clips available so you can decide for yourself.
It is the name of the site and all.
